Frozen Cucumbers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 qt. small cucumbers, sliced thin
    2 medium onions, sliced thin
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Place cucumbers and onions in a large container and sprinkle with salt.
    Mix and let set 2 hours.
    Drain.
    Mix the sugar and vinegar well.
    Pour over cucumbers.
    Toss until well coated. Pack into desired containers and freeze.
    Will keep in refrigerator for 3 weeks.
