Apple Dumplings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. softened butter
2 Tbsp. golden raisins
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
3 Tbsp. coarsely chopped walnuts
2 large apples, peeled, cored and halved (Delicious, Pippin, Rome Beauty)
Biscuit Dough (recipe follows)
1 egg yolk, diluted with 2 Tbsp. water
Preparation

Combine butter, raisins, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and walnuts, mixing to form a rugged paste.
Fill each cored apple with 1/4 of the paste.
Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
