Sausage Log - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. mild sausage
1 pkg. hot sausage
2 bags grated Mozzarella cheese
2 eggs
1 pkg. Pillsbury hot roll mix

Preparation

Brown sausage; drain and chop fine.
Mix sausage with cheese and eggs in a large bowl.
Mix hot roll mix according to directions on box.
Roll the dough out and fill with sausage mixture, then roll up and bake in a 400\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes. This recipe is enough to make 2 logs.
