Easy Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. uncooked rice
    2 c. water
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 fryer, cut up
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Season chicken with salt and pepper.
    Lay on rice that has been mixed with water and mushroom soup.
    Cover with aluminum foil. Cook at 300\u00b0 to 325\u00b0 about 1 hour or until chicken is done and rice is tender.
    Uncover to brown the last few minutes.
