Jewish Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
3 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. orange juice
2 1/2 tsp. vanilla
4 or 5 apples, sliced
2 tsp. cinnamon
5 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Cream the first 3 ingredients together until light and fluffy. Add flour and baking powder with orange juice and vanilla.
Fold in apples with cinnamon and sugar.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
Remove from pan 1 hour after baking.
