Chicken-Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 or 3 c. cooked chicken, cubed
    6 c. zucchini, cubed
    1 c. grated carrots
    1 c. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. margarine, melted
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. chicken stuffing mix
Preparation
    Cook zucchini until tender; drain.
    Combine all ingredients except stuffing mix and melted margarine.
    Combine stuffing mix and margarine.
    Spread half of the stuffing mix in bottom of a large baking dish. Add zucchini mixture.
    Sprinkle remaining stuffing mix on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Serves 6.
