Oven Roasted Pork And Veggies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. boneless pork tenderloins
    1 lb. carrots, cut in pieces
    2 lb. new potatoes, cut in half
    1 medium onion, cut in wedges
    2 tsp. dried rosemary leaves, crushed
    1 tsp. dried sage leaves, crushed
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Heat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Generously spray roasting pan with Pam cooking spray.
    Place tenderloins in pan.
    Insert meat thermometer in thickest part of tenderloins.
    Place potatoes, carrots and onion around meat.
    Sprinkle with rosemary, sage and pepper.
    Bake, uncovered, for 30 to 40 minutes, until meat thermometer registers 165\u00b0 and veggies are tender.
    Stir veggies occasionally.
