Mexican Pork Chops And Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. thick salsa
    2 Tbsp. lime juice
    3/4 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    4 (1/2-inch thick) pork chops
    1 c. (16 oz.) red beans
    2 medium sweet peppers, cubed
Preparation
    Preheat oven at 350\u00b0.
    Mix flour, salsa, lime juice, chili and garlic powders together.
    Pour into shallow casserole.
    Place chops on top of salsa; spoon beans and peppers around the chops. Cover tightly.
    Bake about 40 minutes until chops are tender. Spoon sauce over chops to serve.
