Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shortening
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 3/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix and chill.
    Roll in small balls and then in sugar and cinnamon mixture.
    Flatten with bottom of a glass.
    Bake 8 to 10 minutes at 375\u00b0 to 400\u00b0.
