Yum Yum Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can crushed pineapple
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. Jell-O
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 tub Cool Whip
    1 c. chopped nuts
    2 c. cold water
Preparation
    Heat pineapple to boiling point.
    Add Jell-O (two different flavors) while heating.
    Add cream cheese while mixture is still very hot.
    Blend until smooth.
    Remove from heat and add 2 cups ice water.
    Refrigerate until mixture begins to thicken.
    Fold in Cool Whip; add nuts and pour into Jell-O mold.
    Color schemes can be matched by varying Jell-O flavors.
