Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 or 5 sweet potatoes, sliced
1 stick Parkay margarine
1/2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1/2 tsp. cake spice
3/4 to 1 c. sugar to taste
1 can Carnation evaporated milk
Preparation

Boil your potato slices until tender, then drain.
Put in mixing bowl and beat.
Add other ingredients, adding milk last and slowly beat.
Place in unbaked pie shells and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour or until brown.
