Shellfish Tetrazzini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. fine noodles, cooked
    1 large can sliced mushrooms
    1 can prepared white sauce (or your own)
    1/2 c. sherry
    2 to 3 c. cooked shrimp, crab or lobster or mixture
    salt and pepper
    1 c. shredded natural Cheddar cheese
    paprika
    milk
Preparation
    Cook noodles.
    Drain liquor from mushrooms and add milk to make 1/2 cup.
    Combine with white sauce and sherry.
