Milk Chocolate Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 oz. milk chocolate chips
3/4 c. heavy cream
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. packed light brown sugar
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 chocolate pie crust
Preparation

Place chocolate in a small bowl.
In small saucepan, bring 1/2 cup of the cream to a simmer.
Pour over the chocolate.
Let stand, covered, for 5 minutes, then stir until smooth.
