Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. hot water
1/2 c. oil
2 sq. unsweetened chocolate
2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
2/3 tsp. salt
1 1/3 tsp. soda
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. sugar
2/3 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Put water, oil and chocolate in top of double boiler.
Melt chocolate mixture and set aside.
Sift flour with salt and soda. Beat eggs and add sugar, sour cream and vanilla.
Add flour mixture to egg mixture alternately with chocolate mixture.
Mix only until flour is blended.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes, using 9-inch greased pans.
