Apple Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. milk
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. shortening (oleo)
    1 c. sugar
    2 c. boiling water
    1/3 c. butter
Preparation
    Mix together.
    Let come to boil.
    Pour over dumplings.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 until brown and apples are done.
