Roasted Mustard Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    light vegetable oil cooking spray
    4 Tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
    2 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
    16 small new or red potatoes
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0. Spray roasting pan with vegetable oil. Put mustard, paprika, cumin, chili powder and pepper in a large bowl; blend. Prick potatoes with fork and toss in mixture to coat. Place potatoes on pan with a little space in between. Bake for about 45 minutes to 1 hour, until potatoes are tender.
