German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium red potatoes, boiled
    6 slices bacon
    3/4 c. diced onion
    2 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 c. water
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. celery seed
    dash of pepper
    2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Cut potatoes into 1/4-inch squares.
    Put in glass casserole. Set aside.
    Cut bacon into 1/4-inch slices.
    Fry bacon so it's crispy.
    Add onion while frying bacon.
    Fry until clear.
    Add flour, water, vinegar, sugar, salt, celery seed and pepper.
    Cook on low heat for about 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Mix in with potatoes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
