Asian Chicken Noodle Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. water
    2 pkg. low-fat chicken flavor noodles
    1 1/2 c. bottled fat-free vinaigrette dressing
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. sesame oil
    4 grilled chicken breast halves, torn in shreds
    1 bag broccoli
    1/2 c. red bell pepper, chopped
Preparation
    Boil water in a medium size saucepan.
    Break noodles into pan. Cover and let stand for 10 minutes.
    Mix dressing, soy sauce, oil and 1 seasoning packet from Ramen noodles.
    Add chicken, broccoli, coleslaw and bell pepper.
    Toss to mix and coat.
    Stir in soaked noodles.
    Serves 4.
