Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. salad oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 1/2 c. plain flour
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 c. nuts
    4 c. chopped, peeled apples
Preparation
    Mix eggs, then flour that has the other dry ingredients added. Fold in nuts and apples.
    Spread in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 about 60 minutes.
