Breakfast Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 eggs
    2 c. milk
    2 slices day-old bread
    1 lb. sausage, cooked, scrambled and drained
    1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix all the ingredients and refrigerate overnight. When ready to cook, add salt to taste, Tabasco sauce to taste, oregano and 1/2 teaspoon mustard. Put in 9 x 11 glass dish and cook until firm (about 30 to 40 minutes) at 350\u00b0. Do not grease pan.
