Quick Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) can red kidney beans
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 lb. chopped meat
    1 medium-size onion
    salt and pepper to taste
    chili powder and garlic powder to taste
Preparation
    Brown onion and meat; drain.
    Add tomato sauce and spices and simmer 15 minutes.
    Add kidney beans and cook additional 7 to 10 minutes.
    Serve
    over rice or noodles.
