Pork Chops With Golden Apple Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. chopped celery
    1/3 c. chopped carrot
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/4 tsp. ground sage
    salt and pepper
    dash of cinnamon
    3 c. dry bread cubes
    1 1/2 c. chopped Golden Delicious apples
    1/3 c. chopped walnuts
    1/4 c. golden raisins
    1/2 to 2/3 c. chicken broth
    4 (about 4 to 6 oz. each) pork chops
Preparation
    Saute celery, carrot and onion in butter in skillet until tender, but not brown.
    Stir in sage, dash of salt, pepper and cinnamon.
    In large bowl, combine bread cubes, apples, walnuts, raisins and vegetable mixture.
    Add just enough chicken broth to moisten.
