Soybean Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. soybeans
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. tomato sauce
1/2 onion
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 egg white
Preparation
-
Soak soybeans all night.
Simmer until tender. Grind or mash. Form into loaf.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
