Shrimp Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. raw rice, cooked
    1 large bell pepper
    1 large onion
    2 c. mushroom soup
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    3 lb. cooked shrimp
    1 stick butter
    6 to 8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter.
    Combine rice, soup, mustard, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, onion and pepper.
    Add shrimp and grated cheese.
    Put in large casserole dish and bake at 350\u00b0.
