Rotel Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. chili meat or lean ground beef
3 Tbsp. chili powder
1 1/2 tsp. cumin, ground
1/4 tsp. garlic, granulated
1/8 tsp. oregano powder
1 tsp. salt
1 medium onion, chopped
1 (10 oz.) can Ro-Tel tomatoes and green chilies
1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes
1 1/2 cans water
Preparation

Place meat into a large saucepan and cook to a light gray color (grease may be drained).
Add chopped onion, chili powder, cumin, garlic, oregano and salt.
Stir thoroughly and heat for 1 to 2 minutes.
Stir in tomatoes and green chilies, whole tomatoes and water.
Bring to boil; reduce heat and cover.
Simmer for 1 hour.
Serves 6.
