Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. skim or 1% milk
    6 oz. sugar-free yogurt (any flavor)
    1 1/2 c. all-bran cereal
    1 c. whole wheat flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 c. \"Splenda\"
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 18 minutes.
