Meatballs In Dijon Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground meat (or ground turkey)
    1 slice whole wheat bread (more if using turkey), crumbled
    1/4 c. onion, finely chopped
    1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix
    and
    shape
    into
    1
    1/4-inch meatballs.
    Place on nonsticking rack and bake, uncovered, at 400\u00b0 until done light and brown, 20 to 25 minutes.
