Veal Scaloppine - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 cloves garlic, sliced
2 lb. veal tenders
1 Tbsp. garlic powder
1 can (28 oz.) tomatoes
1/2 lb. mushrooms
2 to 3 green peppers, sliced
2 chopped onions
4 Tbsp. oil
salt
pepper
1 c. flour
Preparation

Slice clean veal tenders in 2 x 3-inch pieces.
Dip in flour, salt, pepper and garlic powder, coating each piece.
Brown in oil and remove from pan.
Brown together garlic slices, onions and green pepper.
Heat until tender.
Add mushrooms and heat.
Add browned veal and tomatoes.
Season to taste and cook, covered, on low heat, approximately 1 hour.
Serve with rice or pasta.
