Blend Of The Bayou - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 cream cheese (8 oz.)
1 stick oleo
1 lb. shrimp
1 lb. crab meat
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
1 c. uncooked rice (cook before adding to recipe)
1 tsp. Tabasco
1 tsp. salt
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Cheddar cheese, grated

Preparation

Soften cream cheese and oleo. Mix some grated cheese with all other ingredients and pour in baking dish. Top with grated Cheddar cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly.
