Spaghetti Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 oz. spaghetti
2 Tbsp. margarine
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
2 well-beaten eggs
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
8 oz. cottage cheese, drained (or Ricotta)
1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Cook spaghetti; drain.
Stir in margarine.
Add Parmesan and eggs.
Form crust in 10-inch pie pan.
