Chicken Supreme With Toast Cups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 pieces chicken
    1/2 c. celery
    1 small onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix chicken, celery and onion pieces together and place in pressure cooker.
    Add water to cover chicken halfway.
    Pressure cook for approximately 30 minutes.
    Reduce steam.
    Take out chicken and debone.
    Place chicken back in liquid.
    Add soups and stir.
    Thicken with cornstarch.
    Let simmer about 30 minutes. Serve on toast cups.
    Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
