Low-Fat Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking soda
    3/4 c. cocoa
    2/3 c. oil (canola, safflower, etc.)
    2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Grease and flour a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Put dry ingredients in mixing bowl. Add liquid.
    Mix until smooth.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until done.
