Baked Empanadas (Panama Style) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 large onion (equals 1 c. diced)
    3 garlic cloves
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 1/2 c. diced potatoes (red are best)
    1 large can tomato paste
    1 c. green salad olives (not chopped)
    3/4 c. water
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. cilantro
    2 Tbsp. hot sauce (Tabasco)
Preparation
    Filling Preparation:
    Cook meat, onion, garlic, salt and pepper for 4 to 5 minutes, stirring, then add the rest of the ingredients.
    Cook about 25 to 30 minutes, until potatoes are done; ladle off any excess oil.
    Let cool.
