Asparagus Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Tbsp. butter
4 Tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
1 small Cheez Whiz
6 Tbsp. almonds
8 crackers, crumbled
1 (No. 2) can asparagus (or fresh)
2/3 c. green peas, drained
Preparation

Make a cheese sauce:
Melt butter and flour together; then add milk and cook until it thickens.
Remove from heat and add cheese. Stir until cheese melts and is well blended.
