Chicken In The Garden - cooking recipe

Minute rice
Worcestershire sauce

Preparation

For each serving:
Cut off a 40-inch length of foil and fold in half.
Place on foil chicken (1 breast or a leg and thigh), 1 pared potato (may be cut up in smaller pieces), 1 tomato (cut up), 1 onion (cut up), 4 to 5 mushrooms and 2 to 3 green pepper rings. Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons Minute rice, 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
Dot with butter.
Fold foil over and seal edges tightly.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for approximately 1 1/4 hours, turning package over every 20 to 30 minutes.
