Company Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. uncooked noodles (1/2 lb.)
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 lb. ground chuck or ground beef
    2 (8 oz. each) cans tomato sauce
    1/2 lb. (1 c.) cottage cheese
    8 oz. softened cream cheese
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. melted margarine
    3/4 c. buttered bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cook and drain noodles.
    Saute ground chuck in 1 tablespoon margarine until brown.
    Drain.
    Stir in tomato sauce.
    Remove from heat.
    Add cottage cheese, cream cheese, sour cream and chopped onion.
    In 2-quart casserole, spread layer of noodles, layer of cheese mixture and repeat layers until all is used.
    Pour melted margarine on top.
    Top with buttered bread crumbs.
    Chill.
    About 1 hour before serving, heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Bake 45 minutes. Yield: 6 servings.
