Spanish Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. round steak
1 can tomatoes
1 green pepper, chopped
1 c. water
1 onion, chopped
3/4 c. catsup
1/2 c. flour
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Flour steak and brown in pan.
Place in casserole dish.
In pan, place onion, pepper, tomatoes, catsup, water, salt and pepper.
Let simmer 5 minutes, then pour over steak in casserole. Cook at 325\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes or until tender.
