"Breakfast" Sausage And Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. hot sausage
    1/2 stick butter
    1/4 to 1/2 c. flour
    milk
Preparation
    Fry
    sausage
    and
    drain excess grease.
    Add butter and allow to
    melt.
    Add flour and allow to brown slightly.
    Stir in
    milk until desired consistency.
    Let simmer and serve over toast or biscuits.
