Applesauce Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. butter
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. nuts
4 c. flour
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. applesauce

Preparation

Cream butter; blend in sugar and eggs.
Add nuts, cinnamon, nutmeg, soda and salt.
Mix well.
Add flour and applesauce.
Mix well.
Grease pans and fill 2/3 full of batter.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
