Broccoli Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 heads broccoli, cut into flowerets
    8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, julienne sliced
    8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
    1/2 red onion, sliced
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/3 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. wine vinegar
Preparation
    Combine mayonnaise, sugar and wine vinegar.
    Toss with remaining ingredients and refrigerate.
    Serves 6 to 8.
