Breakfast Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 English muffins, split
    8 slices Canadian bacon
    4 slices tomato (if small, use 8 slices; 2 each muffin)
    8 slices Cheddar cheese (from brick)
Preparation
    On each muffin half, place 2 slices of Canadian bacon, 1 slice of tomato and top with sliced Cheddar cheese.
    Broil 4 to 5 minutes, or until cheese is lightly browned and bubbly.
