Baked Catfish Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 catfish fillets
    1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. red pepper
    2 tsp. paprika
    1/4 c. milk
    1 egg, beaten
    2 to 3 Tbsp. melted butter
    1/4 c. sliced almonds
Preparation
    Combine cheese, flour, salt, pepper and paprika.
    Set aside. Combine milk and egg.
    Dip fillets in egg-milk mixture then dredge in flour mixture.
    Arrange in 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Drizzle with melted butter and sprinkle with almonds.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Serves 6.
