Corn Chowder - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large potatoes, peeled and diced
1/2 c. celery, diced
1/4 c. onion, diced
1 c. half and half cream
1 Tbsp. butter
1 (16 oz.) can creamed corn
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Cook potatoes, celery and onion in water to cover for 30 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients; heat to boiling and decrease to simmer until heated through, about 10 to 15 minutes.
Season to taste.
