Creamy Cookie Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 egg white
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 to 2 c. sifted powdered sugar
food coloring

Preparation

In a small mixer bowl, beat egg white, lemon juice and powdered sugar.
(The amount depends on the consistency you want.) Stir in food coloring, if desired.
