Oyster Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 cans oysters
2 eggs
1 c. milk
6 to 8 unsalted or wheat saltines
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
dash of red pepper
1 Tbsp. margarine
dash of seafood seasoning
dash of Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Place oysters in bottom of 1 quart casserole dish.
Crush crackers, layer on top of oysters.
Pour lemon juice over mixture. In a bowl, beat eggs, milk, Worcestershire, red pepper and seafood seasoning together.
Pour over oysters and crackers.
Bake in 375\u00b0 oven for 15 to 20 minutes until dish is firm and brown.
