Swamp Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 ham bone with a generous amount of ham
    2 pkg. frozen spinach
    2 potatoes
    1/2 c. barley
Preparation
    Simmer ham bone in water until you can cut up meat in bite size pieces.
    Cut potatoes into bite size pieces.
    Add potatoes and barley.
    Cook with water until tender.
    Add frozen packages of spinach and cook until all done.
    This will thicken.
