Bro. Dale'S Delicious Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    roast
    1 whole onion
    1 c. broccoli
    1 stalk celery
    2 bell peppers
    2 cans corn
    2 cans green beans
    2 cans carrots
    1 can peas
    1 Tbsp. Heinz 57 steak sauce
    1 Tbsp. A. 1. steak sauce
    1 Tbsp. Tabasco sauce
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 cans tomato sauce
    1 can tomato paste
    1 clove garlic
    6 potatoes, peeled
Preparation
    Put a big pot on the stove; chop a roast into 1-inch squares. Trim fat from meat.
    Put fat in another pot and cook down; drain juice and save.
    Discard the fat.
    Put meat squares into the large pot and brown; add small amount of water and simmer.
    Microwave onion (do not cut) in a bowl of water for 5 minutes; puree onion and set aside.
    Microwave broccoli in water; puree and set aside. Microwave celery in water; puree and set aside.
    Microwave bell peppers in water; puree and set aside.
    In large pot, drain into meat, juice only of corn, green beans, carrots and peas.
    Add Heinz 57 steak sauce, A. 1. steak sauce, Tabasco sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper to taste, tomato sauce and tomato paste into the water.
    Chop garlic into soup mixture; let simmer.
    Peel potatoes and chop into bite size pieces and add all vegetables (canned, pureed and potatoes) into mixture.
    Cook until potatoes are tender.
    Serve with saltine crackers on a cold winter day.
