Banana Bread Or Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 gal. flour
    1 gal. sugar
    6 c. frozen or 30 eggs
    1 qt. buttermilk
    2 qt. oil
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. vanilla
    36 bananas
    1/2 c. baking powder
    1/2 c. soda
    3 qt. walnuts
Preparation
    Use 3 quarts of batter to a pan.
    Use a #14 or #16 scoop for muffins.
    Bake 25 minutes at 325\u00b0 in convection oven or 1 hour for loaves of bread.
    Yield: 3 1/2 sheet pans or 230 muffins.
