Somertime Chicken Salad Valencia - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. undiluted frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. wine vinegar
    1/4 tsp. prepared mustard
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 c. frozen broccoli florets, thawed
    2 c. cooked rice, chilled
    1 (12.5 oz.) can Valley Fresh white chicken in water, drained
    2 oranges, peeled and sectioned
    1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
    1/4 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Blend together orange juice, sugar, vinegar, mustard, salt and oil.
    Set aside.
    Combine remaining ingredients.
    Add orange juice mixture and toss to coat.
    Serve chilled.
    Store, refrigerated. Serves 4.
