Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. red potatoes
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. relish
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    1 onion, chopped
    3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Leaving skins on, boil potatoes in large pan of water until soft.
    Let potatoes cool, then peel.
    In large mixing bowl, mix milk, mayonnaise, relish, mustard, onion, salt and pepper until smooth.
    Add eggs to mayonnaise/milk mixture.
    Take peeled potatoes and chop into 1 to 2-inch cubes; add to mayonnaise/milk/egg mixture.
    Cool for 2 hours.
    Keep refrigerated.
